  • Each week Mike sends you a personal weekly training schedule via email, based on your time available to train, and the races you are preparing for.
  • You will be invited to join the Tri Power e-community of other athletes coached by Mike throughout the US and other countries. This egroup is available as a resource to communicate with other athletes about training tips, equipment, knowledge of race venues, and training areas to visit.
E-Coaching Fees:
$75 per month.
If you are not training during the off season, you don't pay for coaching.
