Training
doesn't need to be complicated, and coaching shouldn't cost
a fortune either. Through the use of schedule periodization,
the careful structuring of workouts based on a clients goals,
the time of year, and time available to train, most everyone
can realize improvements in their racing.
With Coach Mike's experience in training and racing, he
can build a program utilizing the correct mixture of bike
and run tempo workouts, long rides, long runs, detailed
swim workouts, drills for swimming and running and rest
days.
